OneThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomplayer has created a ballistic missile that locks onto enemies. InTears of the Kingdom, players are granted a set of ancient powers, such as Fuse, Recall, and Ultrahand. As they progress through the main campaign, they unlock these supernatural skills to manipulate surrounding objects, craft powerful weapons, and more. The general purpose of Link’s skills is to makeTears of the Kingdom’s worldinteractive and offer players new ways to tackle tough situations.

The sandbox nature of Link’s powers allows players to advance beyond the limits ofTears of the Kingdom. Since the game’s launch earlier this year, a staggering number of inventions have popped up on its Reddit page, receiving praise from theZelda: Tears of the Kingdomcommunityfor their impressive designs. For example example, one player has created a colorful variation of an X-Wing inTears of the Kingdom, a recognizable spacecraft from theStar Warsuniverse. The game has also seen players put the Ultrahand to good use for innocent NPCs, creating an armored stalker that protects them from vicious enemies.

Another instance of these inventions is a ballistic missile that locks onto nearby enemies and blows them up before they escape. Reddit user Not_Afif showed their impressive weapon that seems to be attached to the top of a Zonai plane, saying that it safely launches away from enemies. There is a mechanism on the underside, which allows players to hold the bomb in place and steer the plane towards enemies. However, the player doesn’t even need to take control, given this ballistic missile is self-navigating.

This is not the first timeTears of the Kingdomplayers have invented deadly weapons to slay a crowd of enemies. Previously, one player combined a few Zonai devices to build a sea mine that can cause massive destruction, while another constructed their very own combat drone. More inventive weapons will likely pop up on the game’s Reddit page in the following days.

If players don’t want to build elaborate machines like this,Tears of the Kingdomplayers can also simply fuse items with their equipmentto deal more damage and unlock new combat techniques. For example, the combination of sapphires and melee weapons like hammers and swords freezes enemies, while beam emitters increase attack range when attached to a long spear.
