Since 2018,World of Warcrafthas had a cycle of premium rewards for players who buy bulk subscriptions to the game that rotate every six months. While some of these rewards areWorld of Warcraftcosmetics like the Baby Murloc Satch-Shells, most of them have been unique mounts, each with gorgeous textures and unique animations.

Now,World of Warcrafthas cycled over to another premium reward for bulk subscription purchases with the Wondrous Wavewhisker, a stunning catfish-themed mount. Featuring a unique model, graceful animations, and charming sounds, this incredible fish is both a flying and an underwater mount. Between its versatility and its design, the Wondrous Wavewhisker is a must-have mount for anyWorld of Warcraftplayer’s collection. Like previous six-month and one-year subscription rewards, the Wondrous Wavewhisker can bepurchased individually from the Battle.net store. However, players unlock the mount and pet for free as long as they have a renewable subscription plan for six months or a year active right now. This means players who renew their subscriptions with these bulk deals will save money on their subscription, automatically unlock the Wondrous Wavewhisker and Glub, and immediately get the next six-month subscription reward when it rolls over in January, even if they don’t renew their subscription later.

What’s more, aquatic mounts are pretty rare, especially ones that can also move swiftly on land and in the air.
