How to Customize a Vehicle
Unfortunately, only vehicles that come with a recruit toWatch Dogs: Legioncan be customized with vehicleskins. While stolen vehicles are great for getting from point A to point B, players can’t really keep them, so changing their look would be a waste of money anyway. After recruiting someone with a vehicle, go to the team menu and select the recruit with the vehicle. Press Triangle for PS4 players, Y on the Xbox controller, or E on PC, then select the vehicle that is going to be changed.
After that, select the skin to change the look of the car. There’s a trophy for changing the look of a vehicle, so if players are looking to 100%Watch Dogs: Legion, they should definitely try this out at least once. Also, if players want to reskin a weapon, they will also have to use this same menu; that will also get players another trophy.
How to Get Vehicle Skins
Players will need some ETO in order to nab new looks for vehicles and guns, if players haveunlocked guns inWatch Dogs: Legion. ETO is the fictional in-game currency mostly used for cosmetics. ETO can be earned by completing missions, completing side-quests, and even completing world activities, like stealth kills and hacking fruit machines. Without ETO, players won’t have access to any vehicle paints, unless they got one as a preorder bonus.
Updating a vehicle will change its look, but nothing else about it. Keep in mind that the operative that owns the vehicle has to stick around for the vehicle to remain both in a player’s possession and customized, so don’t waste ETO on the car of operative only toget rid of thatWatch Dogs:Legionoperativelater.
