According to a report by Tom Henderson on Exputer, sources say thatTeen Titans’Starfire will be coming to the game, and relatively soon. The source claims that Princess Koriand’r (Starfire’s real name) will be arriving on theFortniteisland on September 2. Any additional details regarding the character are currently nonexistent, including any cosmetic accessories, emotes, or alt styles. Despite the scant info, several reputable sources have repeated this information, including prolificFortniteleaker HYPEX.
Rumors of the fan-favorite Teen Titan’s addition have been swirling since the introduction of her teammates Raven and Beast Boy last year. Raven - known inFortniteas Rebirth Raven to separate herself from theFortniteoriginal “Raven” skin - was added as part of Chapter 2 Season 6’s Battle Pass. Her regular romantic partner, Beast Boy, was added later on as well with players getting a shot at unlocking everyone’s favorite vegetarian superhero early duringBeast Boy’s Teen Titans Cup event.
While the potential addition of Starfire will further increase the presence ofTeen Titansin the game, another franchise has just made its debut inFortnite.Following its own set of leaks and rumors,Destiny 2is crossing over withFortnite, bringing with it Commander Zavala, Ikora Rey, and the Exo Stranger as new skins. Each character comes with their own unique Pickaxe, Back Bling, and Glider, as well as a Shader alt style. The crossover also includes an island called Guardian Zone Control: Javelin-4, a rendition ofDestiny 2’s beloved Crucible map.
Starfire’s addition would make it so the majority of the Teen Titans' roster are inFortnite, which could facilitate a similar map centered around something like Titans Tower. The only remaining Titans not inFortniteat that point would be Cyborg and their leader, Robin. The sidekick of Batman has been featured in theBatman/Fortnite: Zero Pointcomic, albeit in a flashback, proving that the possibility is there. ShouldFortnitedecide to do a DC-themed season, bringing in the entirety of theTeen Titansmay be well warranted.
Fortniteis free-to-play on PC, Mobile, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
