There is any number of other gaming companies that could be who Coppi is talking about, to the point it seems fruitless to speculate. But one interesting theory is that it isn’t a gaming company at all. It could be a company likeNetflix, which could mean an anime or live-action show announcement.
Final Fantasy 7fans should probably maintain a level of skepticism about this rumor, too. The report may not lead to anything, or it may have been made by mistake. Fans will probably be more than content with aFinal Fantasy 7event solely hosted by Square Enix, especially if it means news regardingFinal Fantasy 7 Remake Part 2.
