One talented craftsperson known as themagicnumber_3 on Reddit recently shared some of their own Poke Ball models in a post on the site, with their extremely impressive homemade Poke Balls boasting built-in lights and a chrome finish. The post features a look at 4 different balls, including the regular Poke Ball, a Great Ball, an Ultra Ball, and a Premier Ball.
The creator of these quality Poke Ball models also detailed the process they used to make them, explaining that each ball is made up of a number of 3D-printed pieces which are coated in UV resin and heavily sanded. Airbrushing was used to give certain pieces the color they needed depending ontheir counterpart in thePokemongames, with each model also featuring a built-in battery and light to give the items a gentle glow.
