That said, not all legendary techniques are equally dangerous. There are some techniques that can cause tremendous amounts of damage to the targets and even the user themselves, in some cases. As such, some of these techniques are forbidden. At the same time, there are others that are only accessible to the very strongest of the Naruto world and these techniques can either destroy cities or worse rather easily. While this list already goes over some of the deadliest jutsu in Naruto, others deserve a mention as well. As such, this list has been updated accordingly.

The C0 is an incredible jutsu known to be the ultimate attack of Deidara. He used this technique in the fight against Sasuke Uchiha. Essentially, this jutsu is a suicide bombing technique where he reveals the mouth on his chest and eventually compresses bits of his explosive chakra into a small bomb. When it detonates, it creates a large explosion with a blast radius of 10 km. This Jutsu can easily take down a city and that is quite scary indeed. Shinra Tensei is a powerful technique that is accessible to the users of the Rinnegan. This technique was used extensively by the Deva Path of Nagato, also known as Tendo Pain. Using Shinra Tensei, Pain was able to wipe out the entirety of Konoha. This level of damage was caused by him even while holding back.
After all, he continued to find against Naruto even after performing this godly feat. At full power, this technique can wipe out more than just a village and extend far beyond, potentially even destroying significant chunks of countries themselves.
16Truth Seeking Ball
The Truth Seeking Balls are accessible to the Jinchuriki of the 10 Tails or those possessing Six Paths Senjutsu. These are orbs created by the combination of every single type of nature. According to Hiruzen, these surpass even Kekkei Tota, making them incredibly powerful.

Tengai Shinsei is an extremely powerful jutsu utilized by Madara Uchiha after he was brought back using the reanimation jutsu in the4th Great Ninja War. By using the powers of his Susanoo and the Rinnegan, Madara brought down two giant meteorites from space.

14Izanagi
Izanagi is a powerful jutsu accessible to the members of the Uchiha clan or those who possess the Sharingan. This jutsu allows the user to turn illusions into reality and rewrite reality itself. Izanagi can be activated for a long duration of time during which the user can alter reality however they like.
Most commonly, the users are seen rewriting their deaths using this jutsu. When Sasuke fought Danzo, he used Izanagi extensively and even though Sasuke killed him multiple times, he rewrote reality in a way that he ended up being alive. Obito could use Izanagi for 5 minutes, showing superior control over this power.
13Izanami
Izanami is the counterpart of Izanagi and also a Jutsu of the Uchiha clan. This technique is extremely powerful and was created to counter Izanagi. Izanami traps the target in an infinite loop that is carefully planted by the user.
This loop is unbreakable and traps the target for eternity. The only way to break through it is if the user undoes it themselves or the target acknowledges their true self.

80 Gods Vacuum is one of the strongest techniques used by Kaguya. This Jutsu is a Kekkei Mora and it allowed her to create giant fists made of chakra. These fists could be used both offensively and defensively and their power was great enough to take down all the Tailed Beasts rather easily.
Even the power of the Full Body Susanoo could not hold up against 80 Gods Vacuum. Kaguya could easily destroy cities and countries with this technique and it is surely a deadly jutsu in the world of Naruto.
11All Killing Ash Bone
One of the deadliest jutsu under Kaguya’s belt is the All Killing Ash Bone. This Jutsu allowed her to produce bone-like protrusions from her palms and strike her target with them.
Those who are struck with this Jutsu immediately start disintegrating and die. Essentially, simply getting hit with this technique is enough to kill the target, no matter where they are hit. This alone makes it one of the most dangerous jutsu in the world ofNaruto.
10Shiki Fujin
Shiki Fujin is aSealing Jutsu of the Uzumaki Clan. It debuted during Hiruzen Sarutobi’s fight against Orochimaru and was revealed to be a technique that summons the Death God itself. In exchange for the user’s soul, the Death God proceeds to take away the soul of the user’s target as well.
When Hiruzen used this, he was able to seal away both Tobirama and Hashirama at the same time, along with Orochimaru’s arms. Minato, on the other hand, used it to seal half of the Nine-Tails within himself and the other half within his son, Naruto Uzumaki using The 8 Trigrams Seal.
9Night Guy
Night Guy is an incredibly powerful technique that can only be accessed after opening the 8th Gate of Death. This technique was used by Guy duringhis fight against Madara Uchiha.
It allowed him to land a powerful kick on the latter which ended up destroying half of his body. Thanks to the power of the Ten-Tails, Madara was able to survive this blow. However, without it, he certainly would have died.
