Much like inprevious seasons of Invasions Mode, Klues are one of the best things about the Season of Storms. These simple yet sometimes challenging puzzles requireMortal Kombat 1players to meet special conditions when completing encounters and will typically reward them with rare items or time-limited cosmetics once solved.
The LOCKED ON Klue is tied to the Dangerous Foe node in the Sun Do Festival Mesa and can be completed by spamming a certain cyborg’s Kameo attack. On paper, it’s one of the simpler Klues inMortal Kombat 1but can end up being quite tricky in practice due to the meter requirements of the move in question.

How to Solve the LOCKED ON Klue in Mortal Kombat 1
To complete the LOCKED ON Klue, players will need tospam Sektor’s Activate Homing Kameo attack, which can be performed by pressing and holding Kameo (R1 on PlayStation, RB on Xbox, or R on Switch) while the Kameo Meter is full (anything less than 100% won’t work). Much like in some of theotherMK1Klues that can be solved by spamming an attack, they’ll need Activate Homing to land five times in order to complete the Klue and gain access to the nearby chest.
Players can make solving the LOCKED ON Klue considerably easier by equipping the Friend Zone Relic, which can be found in a chest just north of the Forge in the Tarkatan Colony Mesa. With this Relic equipped, players will have unlimited Kameo Meter, making it much easier to spam Activate Homing.

LOCKED ON Klue Rewards
Upon completing the LOCKED ON Klue,MK1players will be returned to the map screen and the debris that had previously been blocking their way forward will be destroyed. Inside the now accessible chest, they’ll find anUnlimited Power Epic Talisman,Johnny Cage’s Tungsten Palette, and125 Seasonal Kredits. For those unaware,Seasonal Kredits are a type of in-game currencythat can be used to purchase Season of Storms-themed cosmetics from the game’s Seasonal Store. They’ll expire when the season comes to an end in early June though, so players should hurry up and cash them in before it’s too late.
