In one Reddit post, user toadkarter1993 said the event made them “care about the Luofu more than the actual main quest” because it gave the world more life, and not just “corridors of shipping containers.” In the comments, one noted that Aurum Alley had become their favorite location inHonkai: Star Railbecause they saw how much it transformed after finishing the event. Another fan said they appreciated how the event focused on the NPCs living and working in Aurum Alley, which made them feel important, and that they loved the puzzles and mini-games.
WithHonkai: Star Rail’s Xianzhou Luofu arc officially coming to a close in Version 1.3, some players have expressed that the world wasn’t their cup of tea due to the gloominess of the main story missions and how it seemingly lacked humanity. As fans like toadkarter1993 pointed out, Aurum Alley’s Hustle and Bustle event did a good job of humanizing the residents of Luofu and made the world feel more lively. The sentiments were similar to theEverwinter City Museum Event, which also delved into Belobog City’s rich history.
Honkai: Star Railplayers can claim Aurum Alley’s limited-time rewards and a freeSushanguntil September 18, but they can still access it and get regular rewards beyond the date. One thing worth noting about it as well is that players can continue playing the Inventory Arrangement puzzle to pass the time even after accomplishing all the required event missions.
