9Perfect Dodge & Perfect Guard
Defensive Skills For All Characters
While they are not character-specific, the Perfect Dodge and the Perfect Guard actions should activated on the Mastery Board as soon as possible. Perfect Dodge gives the character temporary invincibility if it’s timed correctly. Perfect Guard must be timed perfectly to deflect an opponent’s attack and inflict Stun.
Melee-based characters like The Captain and Katalina can activate these traits early in their Defensive Mastery Tree. Still, magic-using characters like Rosetta and Io take more time to unlock as they are further down the tree.
8Light Wall
Defensive Skill For Katalina
Katalina is an excellent melee fighterinGranblue Fantasy: Relink.She also has excellent support skills that should be used early, and one of those is the Light Wall. The Light Wall skill can be unlocked in the second slot under Katalina’s defensive Mastery Tree.

The Armor Break is the first Offensive Mastery Skill that The Captain can unlock. It is similar to Katalina’s Enchanted Lands attack. With it, The Captain can close the distance and hit the enemy. The lunging Armor Break attack also lowers the enemy’s defense.
The Armor Break attack’s effectiveness can be increased by activating the Attack Power Up and the Skill Damage Up on the Mastery Tree. Moreover, the Armor Break is an excellent way to trigger a combo as it weakens the enemy’s defenses from the first hit.

Attacking Skill For Eugen
Like Rackam, Eugen is a long-range fighter that uses a gun in battle. He’s a sniper, and many attacks take longer to activate, but they are powerful and cause significant damage. His first offensive skill is the Armor Piercing Round.
It’s an earth-based attack that hits opponents from long range, utilizing a shower of explosive shells. It causes multiple hits. Its damage increases when activating Mastery power-ups based on attacking.
2Enchanted Lands

The Enchanted Lands is a lunging attack for Katalina, and it’s the first skill she can unlock on the offensive Mastery board. The attack is excellent for closing the distance and can be worked in before and after her combos. The Ares Pactstrike is made available early for Katalina, and is one of the overpowered skills inGranblue Fantasy: Relink.Ares functions like a Persona from thePersonaseries. It attacks her opponents and boosts her attack and support power, making her one of thebest charactersin the game.
To charge it, Katalina must land combinations that usually end with the triangle button. When Ares is active, her skills are boosted, and pressing the triangle button multiple times launches a devastating combination of attacks against her enemies.
