The Suppressed Pistol isn’t to everyone’s taste, and the Mythic variant might be especially elusive considering players need to find and destroy the third Armored Truck located in the map. Finding it is unreliable, and it’s an OG weapon that doesn’t really fit with Chapter 6 Season 2’s fast weapons so it’s misplaced in the meta, but still a decent weapon.
Having shots fired come from an undisclosed location will help players pick off their targets, and the return of hitscan makes each shot satisfying when it hits. Pairing with a large magazine and a good rate of fire, some players might make good use of this gun, if they want to risk it all.

While the default Mammoth Pistol can only fire one shot per reload, the Baron’s variant fires two. This might sound like a grand enhancement, but in reality, theMammoth Pistolisn’t all that great to begin with. It’s a weapon with an absurdly high kick and reload speed, so firing and missing is going to see the player holding the gun as a vulnerable target against faster-firing weapons.
Acquiring the Barons’ Double Down Pistol should only be achieved by players who want Dill Bits for better weapons in Black Market shops, not for those who are actively seeking out a hand cannon that fires Heavy Ammo and lacks both the power and the recoil to be a decent choice.

The Striker Burst Rifleisn’t the deadliest AR in the world, but it is consistent as long as players are patient with it. As a burst-fire rifle, players are going to fire shots in 3-round bursts which limits their fire rate but does provide a cushion to maintain recoil for longer-distance engagements.
Even with battles at a further distance thanks to the scope and bloom, the recoil can still punish players to prevent them from hitting all 3 shots, and that might be a tad unreliable when other hitscan weapons are lasering you.

The only Sniper Rifle so far in Chapter 6 Season 2 is the Falcon Eye Sniper, and the Mythic variant provides even further damage output than the previous incarnations found throughout the map. As a Mythic variant, it’s no surprise that the damage is much higher, but the Falcon Eye Sniper still suffers somewhat due to its recoil and damage output.
A single headshot still won’tinstantly kill an opponent, and while having three rounds is the perfect support for those who aren’t going to hit every shot, the toggle zoom can often be unreliable when it comes to each bullet, as bullet drop will interfere with the target zone.

The Enhanced Twinfire Auto Shotgun might be the only shotgun featured so far in Chapter 6 Season 2 that stands a chance against melee weapons. The damage for a fully automatic shotgun is pretty decent here, meaning players can hold the button and aim for the head at close range while other opponents punch, kick, and smack with their melee weapons.
The great DPS of the Enhanced Twinfire Auto Shotgun benefits those who want a weapon for close-quarter fights while staying agile, and the enhancement to reload speed will help players recuperate lost shots, but it might be a tad inconsistent due to its spread.

The Enhanced Sentinel Pump Shotgun is perfect for close-range engagements, but mainly if players are consistent with their headshot damage. While one shot from this weapon will cause over 100 damage, the real treat is in a headshot, which will easily see 170+ damage attributed to the targeted player with the utmost fury and kick.
While this weapon does rely strictly on close-quarter-combat, it’s still a decent enough weapon to hold as a backup gun, but it shouldn’t be used for the majority of engagements, especially when such powerful melee weapons will negate the effects of a slow-firing and hard-hitting shotgun.

Competing with the best SMGs, theEnhanced Collateral Damage ARhas an incredible fire rate that nearly bests even the fastest of SMGs, along with a damage output that will satisfy the Assault Rifle fans out there. The Enhanced Collateral Damage AR is a decent weapon, and it’s great for close-quarter fights thanks to its speed but lacks longer-distance engagements due to its bloom and recoil.
This is a fun weapon to use, but for players trying to engage in longer distance battles, this might not be the best choice of weapon when other guns have scopes to make the use of hitscan all the easier as they compete against the best.

The Enhanced Holo Twister Assault Rifle is perhaps the best AR inFortniteChapter 6 Season 2 for a multitude of reasons. Not only are its stats the highest of the Holo Twister variants, but the fact that players can use hitscan and scope to really annihilate players, along with a faster ADS time, makes it reliable and deadly.
This is a weapon that might be a must-have for some players, especially with its fair recoil, great accuracy, incredible damage, and consistent rate of fire – all of which provide players with a satisfying Assault Rifle that only one player per match can claim.
