How to Curl a Shot in FC 24
The formula for a Trivela Shot is L2 + Circle on PlayStation and LT + B on Xbox. Align the player with the opposite post andpress the shot button while holding down the left trigger. (Align right-footed players with the left post and left-footed players with the right.)
A curl orTrivela Shot occurs whenthe player shoots the ball with the outside of their dominant foot. Position them so that the outside of their right or left foot matches the shot’s direction. Otherwise, they will attempt a regular or finesse-looking shot.

For a Trivela Shot during a free kick, position the player on the opposite side of the ball relative to their dominant footand adjust the curl indicator on the ball to the opposite flank using the left joystick.
The Best Positioning for a Trivela Shot
An ideal position for attempting a Trivela Shot isalong the sides of the penalty box. When positioned away from the penalty arc, facing ample space ahead, and aligned with either the right or left post, you have the best chance to score a goal with a curling shot.
Theformation offering the most Trivela Shot opportunities is the 4-3-2-1, featuring LW and RW (Left Wing & Right Wing) supporting the Striker. In this setup, the Back Wings provide offensive Wings with chances for curling shots, while the Striker capitalizes on potential rebounds.

Move your LW and RW toward the corners of the penalty box. This willfurther optimize the formationfor Trivela Shots.
