The update includes the Welcome Campaign, which will run from October 12 to 19. During this period,Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2players can get login bonuses and try out a selection of DLC characters at no cost. The list includes names like Rose Goku Black, Goku (Ultra Instinct), and SSGSS Vegito, some of thestrongest characters inDragon Ball Xenoverse 2. The update will add a new Awoken Skill called Ultra Instinct, avatar level cap unlock, and several feature improvements.

As well as revealing the new free update, theDragon Ball Xenoverse 2roadmap confirmed that the game is getting even more content next year. Although no date has yet been set,Xenoverse 2will add new playable characters, an additional scenario, and other undisclosed content.
